I’m finished the latest Harry Potter book. It took somewhere between 6 and 6.5 hours to read. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I have to admit, I’m a little depressed now that I’m done; the Harry Potter books have been part of my life for 10 years, and now the series is over. Ah well, there’s always His Dark Materials.
Well, Stace… The Golden Compass is going to be in theaters soon. If you haven’t read it yet, it’s another really good young-adult-with-good-stuff-for-everyone book. I got the audiobooks from Audible, and I highly recommend them; they’re actually narrated by the author and have separate voice actors for each of the characters. Very cool.
I finished it the Monday after it came out. Took me about 30+ hours to finish. I thought it was good as well although I thought the middle part was a little slow.
Great… so what have you accomplished?
It was a bit of a bloodbath.
Done as well!!!! It was amazing – definitely better than #6. Now what????
Oh, Ken. I thought you knew me better.

Of course, should have thought it through. Been a little preoccupied this weekend for some reason.
