My gallery2 site is currently failing with a scary looking database error:

If anybody can suggest why this is happening, let me know. (I’m also posting this to make sure that I can talk to MySQL from WordPress.)
Very odd. MySQL claimed to be running, but it failed when I tried to stop it. However, it succeeded when I tried a second time, and then everything started working again when I restarted it.
Hm… Time to check my MySQL version.
Indeed, very scary. Did I mention before I’m not doing SQL Backups yet on Gunshy? I need a week of maintenance there.
I have backed up my site, but don’t do it nearly regularly enough. I know how to automate it, but haven’t had a chance to yet. Hopefully, this weekend.
